How dumb is the left in this country?

Like the answer to the age old question of how many angles can dance on the head of a pin, it’s really unknowable.

Case in point, there’s a growing rumble from the left about impeaching President Bush (see, Barbara Streisand, The Daily Kos, The Democratic Underground, John Kerry and Barbara Boxer). Aside from the fact that it will never happen while the Republicans control the house or have 34 seats in the Senate, does the left know what impeachment means? Dick Cheney becomes President of the United States of America.

Are they under the illusion that some how Nancy Pelosi gets the gig? Or that Bill Clinton comes back?
